Reperio are working with a fast growing marketing company who are seeking a Lead Data Analyst to join their team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping data strategy, delivering high-impact insights, and mentoring a team of analysts. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and support data-informed decision-making at every level.
Requirements:
6+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or mentorship role.Strong proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools (., Tableau, Power BI).Experience with cloud data platforms (., Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS Redshift) is a plus.Ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and attention to detail.Benefits:
