Fostering Social Worker

The purpose of this role is to provide support, supervision and training to foster carers and supported lodging carers, while also ensuring the delivery of a safe and effective service to foster carers and children placed within the service.

Essential Criteria:

·Masters in Social Work or equivalent qualification validated in the Republic of Ireland

·2 years’ experience

·Must be registered with CORU.

·Must have valid Garda Clearance.

·Must have a clean driver’s license and use of a car.

Skills / Attributes:

·Excellent Leadership, Organizational and Communication skills.

·Sound decision making ability.

·To build and maintain excellent working relationships.

·Expected to maintain professional standards of practice and to work in accordance with the company vision, values, procedures, and managerial guidance.

Salary: €48, - €69,
