Rerperio has partnered with a company who have an immediate need for an experienced QA Lead who specialises in Automation testing to assist our client with the continuous growth of their company.

The role will initially be contracted for 12 months and offers a negotiable daily rate based on experience.

Responsibilities:

Manage and lead an experienced QA and testing team, encouraging high performance and efficiencyCreate and execute a detailed testing strategyLiaise with managers to ensure that the test plan aligns with the overall projectDeliver detailed reports to all levels of stakeholders , discussing progress and addressing any issues that have been identifiedMentor and guide junior members of the team and assist with the overall recruitment process

Requirements:

At least 10 years' experience within Automation Testing (min 3 years in a senior role)In depth knowledge of software testing (manual and automated testing tools)Excellent communication and leadership skillsStrong mobile and web testing
