The OpportunityMy client, a leading enterprise organisation is undergoing a major Agile transformation, and I'm currently recruiting for SAFe-certified Release Train Engineer (RTE) to support the launch of a brand new Agile Release Train (ART) for their major enterprise programme. This is a critical, hands-on role offering the opportunity to shape and lead delivery.This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of a large-scale Agile Release Train, driving cross-team collaboration, continuous delivery, and value flow. The role offers a flexible working arrangement. Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning, ART syncs, and system demosDrive the flow of value using Agile tools and frameworks (SAFe, Kanban, Work with Product Management, Scrum Masters, and Engineering to manage risks and dependenciesChampion Agile best practices and ensure alignment across teamsLead Inspect & Adapt workshops and continuous improvement initiativesAct as a servant leader and coach across the Agile Release TrainIdeal CandidateProven experience as a Release Train Engineer in complex, enterprise-level environmentsStrong knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) - SAFe RTE certification is highly desirableExcellent stakeholder management and facilitation skillsExperience using Agile delivery tools (., Jira, Rally, or equivalent)Ability to work independently and influence without authorityAdditional InformationImmediate interviews with prompt start date available.Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
