One of Ireland's largest financial companies with over 200 locations nationwide, which provides a diverse range of services in banking, financial and related services, is currently seeking a PMO Admin to work within a busy branch located in Dublin.

Your new role ·Support the organisation of the Value Management Committee governance meetings, attendees, agenda pack and minutes, ensuring papers are communicated in a timely manner and business cases adhere to the VMC requirements in order to be presented for approval to the committee.·Provide focused details such as spend, budget, framework and commitments ensuring adherence to the Delegated Expenditure Authority Limit policy and VMC term of reference.What you'll need to succeed Actively engage with project/programme stakeholders such as Portfolio Directors, Project Managers, Programme Lead and Senior Business Sponsors to ensure clear communication on the VMC requirements, process for approval and outcome/actions.Build and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders ensuring all queries are responded to in a timely and professional manner.Word & Excel literate Attention details System Literate Documenting minutes What you'll get in return
