We’re looking for driven, dynamic Account Executives who want to make a significant impact on prospects, on business growth, and on their own career trajectory.As an Account Executive, you’ll be a trusted product expert focused on closing deals the right way, with the right customers, and setting them up for long-term success.You’ll manage the entire sales cycle from qualification to demo and close with minimal support, often juggling multiple opportunities at once. Top performers consistently close over 70% of their deals, forecast accurately, and take ownership of their territory for sustained growth.How You’ll Make an ImpactBuild and expand the client base across Spanish-speaking EU marketsActively manage your pipeline and develop long-term success strategiesSupport and collaborate with your peers to drive collective achievementDemonstrate values of accountability, effort, and excellence in every interactionMentor and guide new Account ExecutivesWho You Are1+ years’ experience in a quota-carrying role, consistently exceeding targets in SaaS/Tech/MarTech salesSkilled at selling to Founders, Business Owners, and Marketing decision-makers with strong knowledge of the Ecommerce, Retail, or Brand spaceExperienced in high-velocity, high-volume sales environments managing multiple stakeholdersConfident and creative in outbound sales with proven techniques and strategiesFluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)Energized by exceeding goals and motivated by growthWhat’s in It for YouStrong compensation package: €95, OTE (50/50 split base/commission)Healthcare and pension planPermanent full-time contractCity Centre location (Dublin 2)Hybrid work (you can work from home two days per week)Clear opportunities for career growthEmployee stock optionsReady to join a fast-paced environment where effort, excellence, and impact are rewarded?
