Your new company: Join a dynamic and innovative company as an IT Manager, where you will have the opportunity to lead and shape the IT infrastructure to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. Your new role: As the IT Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's IT systems, from maintaining hardware and software to developing Crystal Reports and coding for internal applications. You will also be involved in strategic planning, vendor management, and ensuring alignment of IT strategies with business goals. What you'll do day-to-day: Manage and upgrade IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operation.Develop and maintain Crystal Reports to support business operations.Write and maintain code for internal applications to improve business processes.Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals.Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with IT vendors for cost-effective procurement of IT resources. What you need to / ideally can do: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management.Proficiency in Crystal Reports and coding languages (e.g., Python, Java, SQL).Strong understanding of network security and data management.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.If you are passionate about IT management and possess the required qualifications and skills, we would love to hear from you Please email your CV to Alice.barry@hays.com or apply directly with an updated CV.
