You will be reporting to the Senior Management Team and providing leadership to your project teams.RequirementsHonours degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.Minimum of 10 years postgraduate experience in engineering consultancy.Chartered Status with Engineers Ireland/IStructE.An excellent track record in the delivery of projects to include design, people management, project costing, budgeting, contract documentation, programming, chairing meetings, project management, site monitoring for compliance, contributing to the handover of completed projectsAn excellent understanding of engineering principles and a strong technical focus, ability to apply engineering principles and codes of practice to solve technical problems.Excellent conceptual design abilities to provide robust and economical solutions in concrete, steel, timber, masonry etc.Significant base of IT skills including structural design software such as Tekla Structural Designer, SCIA, TEDDS suite, CADS suite, STRAP, REVIT + AutoCAD skills.Word, Excel, Power Point, MS ProjectIndependent judgement in the application of engineering science and knowledge including complex design, construction and management.Leadership skills to plan, manage and direct human, material and financial resources required to solve complex problems in multi-disciplinary teams.High level of commercial understanding and application.PackageCompetitive Salary €75,000 - €90,000Annual Salary reviewLife InsurancePension SchemeHybrid WorkingFlexi-timeAn active Sports and Social ClubTraining and Continued Professional Development (CPD) which is accredited by Engineers IrelandGenerous Annual Leave AllowanceFamily-Friendly Working PoliciesFull access to our Bank at Work ServiceBike-To-Work SchemeStaff wellness events (eg.
