Our client is a well-established and respected firm of Accountants and Tax Advisors based in Dublin South/Central.
The firm has a vibrant client base across a variety of sectors, including manufacturing, tech, retail, and not-for-profit. To facilitate continued growth and ensure top-tier client service, they are seeking a Tax Director to join their team.

The firm's leadership is committed to independent growth and has no interest in being acquired or seeking private equity backing.
The Role
Responsibilities of the position include: Oversight and management of the tax team (circa 5 people) Leading both compliance and advisory work Managing and growing a busy client portfolio of corporates and high-net-worth individuals (HNWs) About You
The Skills
To be successful in this role, you will likely have the following skills: CTA Qualified, with significant experience (7 years) in tax Expertise across a variety of tax heads (corporation tax and income tax are core) Proven experience in small team/people management Experience in either a large or small firm environment will be considered Strong exposure to both corporate and personal tax clients The Person A motivated, commercially minded professional who enjoys client interaction Strong leadership skills with a collaborative approach Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and building long-term client relationshipsWhat's on Offer
