Building Services Coordinator

Job DescriptionOur client is one of Ireland’s leading construction companies working on a range of projects from Commercial, Fit Out and Residential to Industrial and Pharmaceutical.Are you a Building Services, MEP Coordinator with 3+ years experience in construction?Working on Dublin based large scale buildings projects, ensure that building services are coordinated within themselves, and with other building activities and installationsSupervision of testing and commissioning of services.Liaising with site managers / site personnel & M&E subcontractorsExperience in building sector projects such as commercial, residential, education etc.Previous main contractor or M&E subcontractor backgrounds would be advantageousGood communication skills.Running Mechanical and Electrical technical coordination meetings.Timely submission of O&M manuals and other ad hoc duties such as assisting in the preparation of detailed tender documentationRequirementsQualification in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline3+ years proven experience as an M&E Co-ordinator or Building Services CoordinatorPrevious experience on commercial and industrial projects is desirableExcellent communication, presentation and people management skillsMust be proficient in AutoCad, Microsoft Excel, Word & ProjectPackage€40K-€60K dependent on level of relevant experience and negotiable for the right candidates
