Cpl Healthcare are currently seeking Healthcare Assistants to join a reputable service based in Swinford, Sligo, Roscommon and Galway supporting individuals with disabilities in a residential service. We require residential Healthcare Assistants to provide high quality care to the service users, promoting independence and person-centred planning, contributing to the day to day running of the service and supporting service users in meeting their short term and long term goals.

Successful candidates will have:

Major QQI Level 5 Qualification in Healthcare or a relevant fieldFull driving license and access to own transportA genuine passion for supporting individuals on their journey to living their best lives. Ireland, Spain and Portugal candidates with the relevant qualification eligible to apply

Successful candidates will have an opportunity for professional growth and to be a part of an energetic and hard-working team who provide an emotionally and psychologically safe place in which service users celebrate their independent living skills and engage in activities.
