Senior DevOps Engineer 196339 Desired skills: DevOps, Cloud, AWS, Kubernetes, Dublin Senior DevOps / Cloud Engineer Location: Dublin (2-3 days onsite per week) Salary: Up to €90,000A leading organisation in the healthcare technology sector is seeking an experienced DevOps / Cloud Engineer to help enhance and scale its cloud-native platform. The role focuses on AWS, Kubernetes, automation, observability, and platform reliability across multi-region environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, operate, and optimise AWS infrastructure, including EKS clusters, networking, and multi-environment deployments.Manage Kubernetes operations: node provisioning (Karpenter), autoscaling (KEDA), GitOps (ArgoCD), and cluster upgrades.Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and implement Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation, Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes manifests.Improve observability using Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, and centralised logging.Implement security best practices across IAM, WAF, GuardDuty, Security Hub, and compliance frameworks.Support FinOps initiatives and cost-optimisation strategies.Contribute to incident response, platform resilience, backup/DR, and performance troubleshooting.Collaborate with engineering teams and mentor junior engineers.Required Experience5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering.Strong AWS expertise (EC2, EKS, S3, VPC, IAM, ALB, CloudWatch, Lambda, RDS).Production Kubernetes experience, including Karpenter, KEDA, ArgoCD/GitOps.Proficiency in Docker, Helm, IaC (CloudFormation/Terraform).Experience with CI/CD pipelines, observability stacks, and cloud security best practices.Strong troubleshooting skills across Linux, networking, and distributed systems.Nice to HaveExperience in regulated industries or healthcare.Multi-region or multi-account AWS environments.Exposure to FinOps, cost-management tooling, or workflow automation (Argo Workflows, n8n).For more info contact Seamus at Reperio or apply through the link Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
