Job Summary:
The Food & Beverage Administrator/Host is responsible for providing administrative support to the F&B department while ensuring an exceptional guest experience at the front of house. This role includes handling reservations, coordinating events, assisting with inventory management, and maintaining accurate documentation. The Administrator/Host serves as a key point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth communication between the service team and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, manage schedules, and prepare reports related to F&B operations. Guest Relations: Greet guests, manage reservations, and ensure a welcoming environment. Event Coordination: Assist in organising special events and private dining experiences. Inventory Management: Support stock control, order supplies, and liaise with vendors as needed. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all F&B policies, health, and safety regulations are adhered to. Communication: Act as a liaison between guests, service staff, and management to facilitate smooth operations. Billing & Transactions: Assist in processing payments, invoices, and maintaining financial records.Key Requirements:
Education: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Experience: Minimum 2 years in an administrative or front-of-house role within the hospitality industry. Skills & Competencies: Strong organisational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent customer service and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality softwareAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAdditional Information:
Working Conditions: This role requires flexibility, including working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
