Responsibilities

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of the business. Your main duties will involve managing customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and supporting smooth financial operations across the company. Daily tasks include:

Manage invoicing and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments from customers;Track payments and follow up on overdue accounts;Process customer payments and credits accurately and efficiently;Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies;Liaise with sales and other departments to ensure alignment between financial records and customer activity;Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting systems regularly;Provide reporting on receivables, outstanding balances, and customer payment trends.
