Here's how you'll bring the K Club's trailblazing vision to life:  

  • Owning The K Club's internal brand collateral including managing and updating in-room collateral, menus, guest newsletters ad-hoc hotel signage, internal sales documents. 
  • Assisting in managing and elevating The K Club's social media presence including content development and creation, creating/editing social media assets using tools such as Adobe Photoshop/Canva/ Sprout Social etc, daily scheduling, audience engagement and community management.
  • Providing monthly reports and recommendations on social media performance using resort's social media intelligence software, Sprout Social.

  • Supporting the DOSM and Marketing Manager in ensuring consistency of The K Club brand identity in all aspects. Particular focus will be on online 3rd party channels and partners to ensure brand presence is consistent across all channels.
  • Supporting the Marketing Manager in planning and preparing for resort photoshoots and video shoots
  • Supporting the Marketing Manager in all email communications including B2C and B2B ezines and newsletters.
  • Supporting the Marketing Manager in overseeing the resort Digital Marketing activity with key focus on creating relevant landing pages for various campaigns and reviewing press releases.
  • Assisting with handling day-to-day marketing enquiries
  • Assisting with the promotion and execution of the resort's event calendar
  • Support the Marketing Manager in assisting the PR & Influencer marketing and partnerships. Keep track of coverage for influencers and media.

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in using IT packages (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
  • A confident communicator with great verbal & written skills
  • A creative flair with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience using digital software for advertising and knowledge of social media
