Cpl Healthcare are actively seeking qualified Head of Services for residential services based in Naas, Kildare.We are seeking enthusiastic professionals to support adults in intellectual disabilities in a community-based setting, assisting with independent living skills and integration into the community. This role provides the opportunity to work as part of a committed team, a competitive salary and access to collaborative and learning work within a leading national organisation. This is a fulltime salaried position which will average around 40 hours per week and this role is a hybrid role based in the Head office in Naas, Kildare with some travel to other locations as appropriate. Requirements: Hold a Master’s relevant to this role – i.e. Social Work, Social Care Management, or other relevant disciplinePost graduate qualification ideally in Social Care Management or Management Qualification.A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior management post or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Head of Service or equivalent roleA minimum of 2 years’ experience working in the disability sectorRobust knowledge of HIQA regulations and all legislative compliance requirementsStrong working knowledge of National Policy relating to Intellectual Disability and Mental HealthComprehensive experience of Risk Management & Health and SafetyKnowledge of Budgeting and Financial ReportingCandidates must possess the competencies and skills appropriate to working with persons with an intellectual disability.Experience in driving changeExperience in successfully delivering service models focused around person centred care For the successful candidate, the benefits include: Competitive salaryPay scalesCareer progression opportunitiesWork/life balancePaid annual leaveRefer a friend schemeEmployee Assist Programme offering advice and counsellingDeath in Service BenefitPaid mandatory trainingPaid travel expensesOn Call Allowance For further information or if you wish to apply, please forward your CV to
