We are presently recruiting for a Project Manager to manage road maintenance contracts with Kerry and Cork County Councils. You will come with a background in Civil Engineering, road servicing or quantity surveying and will be required to manage all aspects of day to day operations, costs, crews and materials for each project. A full, clean driving licence along with the ability to drive to various locations is mandatory in County Cork and Kerry.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operationsManage site resources (labor, materials, equipment)Coordinate sub-contractors and suppliersEnsure work aligns with project plans, specs, and schedulesMonitor progress and update senior managementEnforce health and safety protocolsConduct site inspections and address safety concernsEnsure quality standards are met and address issuesMaximize productivity, minimize waste, and track costsLiaise with clients, engineers, and stakeholdersLead site meetings and collaborate on budgets and cost control

Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field5+ years of construction management experience, with road project focusStrong Proficiency in project management toolsFull driving licence is essential
