Are you passionate about digital marketing, agency partnerships, and driving client success? We’re looking for a German-speaking Agency Existing Business to join a high-performing international team supporting one of the world’s leading visual discovery and advertising platforms.In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and growing relationships with digital marketing agencies, helping their advertisers succeed and expand on the platform. You’ll drive new business, nurture long-term partnerships, and use data-driven insights to help agencies and brands achieve meaningful results.What You’ll DoManage and grow a portfolio of digital marketing agency relationships — both new and existing.Prospect, pitch, and onboard new agencies in your market to expand their presence on the platform.Support advertisers working with these agencies to optimize performance and drive ROI.Retain and grow advertising revenue within your portfolio.Who You AreFluent in German and English (written and spoken).1+ years of experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency or in Sales/Account Management roles within the digital advertising industry.Hands-on experience managing campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, Pinterest, Snapchat, or Twitter.Strong understanding of online marketing trends, analytics, and performance metrics (CPA, CPC, CPM, ROAS).Skilled in data-driven storytelling – turning numbers into insights that drive action.Experienced using tools such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, and presentation software.What’s in It for YouCompetitive salary (First year earnings/OTE €60,, Base Salary €34,)1 Year contract with the opportunity of extensionHybrid work model – 3 days office / 2 days from home.Monday to Friday schedule – no weekends.Private health insurance.20 days annual leave + 2 company days + 2 volunteer days.Employee recognition program with points redeemable for shopping or vouchers.Regular team events and social activities.A diverse, supportive, and collaborative work culture.Apply today and be part of a collaborative international team helping brands and agencies turn inspiration into results.#LI-VR
