Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Lead, motivate, and support team members on shift
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality food and service
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control
  • Ensure adherence to health & safety and food hygiene standards
  • Support training and onboarding of new staff
  • Assist in cash handling and daily financial reporting

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a fast food or quick service restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage peak periods effectively
  • A hands-on approach and a positive, customer-first attitude
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends

Location: Co. Kildare
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
