SAP Data Migration Consultant 174518 Desired skills: SAP, Dublin, Contract, Consultant, Data Migration HybridReperio has partnered with a client seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Consultant to join their dynamic SAP delivery team.This role is critical to ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient migration of data into SAP systems across complex projects. You will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver seamless data migration strategies that align with project goals and compliance standards. (6 months with potential for extension)Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end SAP data migration activities across multiple business workstreams.Design and implement data extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) processes using SAP tools (. LSMW, BODS, LTMC, or SAP Data Services).Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define mapping rules and data validation criteria.Perform data cleansing, quality checks, and reconciliation before and after migration.Create comprehensive documentation including data migration plans, test scripts, and defect logs.Requirements:Proven experience in SAP data migration projects, ideally involving S/4HANA.Strong knowledge of ETL tools and data structures within SAP modules (., FICO, MM, SD).Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with minimal supervision.Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
