Your Day-to-Day:• Investigate and resolve reported content, including abuse and account support• Apply community guidelines to assess and action flagged content• Stay informed on client policies and content standards• Use regional knowledge to identify trends and scale solutions• Escalate high-impact or emerging issues to global teams• Support ongoing improvements in workflows and content accuracy• Analyse and tag content to improve the platform and user experience What You Bring:• Fluency in English (C1) and another language (C1/C2) (see full list above)*• Strong awareness of cultural trends and current affairs• Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills• Valid Stamp 4, 1G, or EU passport (must-have)• Comfortable working with potentially sensitive content• Strong problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced setting What’s on the Table:• Full-time, permanent contract with Covalen• Choice of shifts:Day: 9am – 5:30pmEvening: 6pm – 2am• Salary: €31k to €41k• 25 days annual leave, private healthcare, and pension contributions• Extensive training and access to CPL’s Wellness Programme• Access to Bike to Work and Tax Saver schemes• On-site role in Sandyford, Dublin 18 due to the nature of the content reviewed.
