Your new role As a Senior Architect, you’ll take full ownership of projects from concept to completion, with the autonomy to lead your own department and build a team of 4–5 architects. You’ll work across a mix of commercial and residential developments, supported by a wider network of professionals in a multidisciplinary environment.This role is ideal for someone ready to transition into an Associate Director position, with the authority to hire, manage, and grow a team under your leadership.Key Responsibilities:Lead and deliver projects independentlyManage client relationships and project teamsRecruit and mentor a growing team (4–5 hires planned)Collaborate across disciplines within the wider groupUse tools such ArchiCAD, Revit, and AutoCAD to deliver high-quality design solutionsWhat you'll need to succeed Part III Qualified Architect with 7+ years experience (RIAI OR RIBA qualification required) Proven ability to lead projects and teamsStrong technical skills in ArchiCAD, Revit, and AutoCADExperience in both commercial and residential sectorsAmbition to grow into an Associate Director roleExcellent communication and leadership skillsWhat you'll get in return €70K+ salary (Senior Architect)€80K–€85K+ for Associate Director level (10–15 years’ experience)No overtime culture – work-life balance is a priorityFlexible working model: Wed–Fri flexibility, 1 remote day/month after probationPension scheme20-day holiday, increasing with length of serviceBike to Work schemeQuarterly social events + annual team celebrationsA diverse and inclusive team environment
