Key responsibilities for this Site Administrator role:

Acting as general office admin support to the Project/Contracts Manager Using the electronic document management system to control important documents (drawings, drawing register, billing of materials etc.) Proactive management of the facilities helpdesk, ensuring prompt logging and completion of all requests. Maintain strong Health & Safety standards Build and maintain relationships with clients ensuring we deliver projects to exact customer requirements

Experience required for this Site Administrator role:

Previous Site Admin experience is required. 2+ years minimum experience Construction Admin role Building industry technical and practical knowledge is crucial. Ability to work on own initiative Strong team building skills Experience with experience with Pro Core would be ideal but not essential.
