German-Speaking Account ExecutiveLocation: Dublin, Grand Canal D2 | Hybrid (2 remote days/week)Our client, a fast-growing and innovative Martech SaaS company, is expanding its sales team and looking for a Polish-speaking Account Executive to join them in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to thrive in a high-growth, high-impact environment, managing the full sales cycle and delivering value to some of the most exciting ecommerce and retail brands.About the RoleAs an Account Executive, you’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle — from initial qualification and product demos to negotiation and closing. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys juggling multiple opportunities, engaging with senior decision-makers, and consistently exceeding targets in a fast-paced SaaS setting.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Sales: Own the complete sales process from first contact to closing new business.Pipeline Strategy: Build and maintain a robust pipeline with a long-term growth mindset.Client Engagement: Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers in ecommerce, D2C, and retail.Team Collaboration: Share insights, support colleagues, and contribute to a high-performance culture.Mentorship & Development: Help onboard and support new team members as you grow.Your ProfileLanguages: Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)Experience: 2+ years carrying a net-new revenue quota in B2B SaaS or Martech.Stakeholder Management: Comfortable engaging with C-level and marketing personas.Sales Execution: Skilled in managing high-volume pipelines, forecasting accurately, and closing consistently.Growth Mindset: Resilient, motivated, and committed to continuous learning.Team-Oriented: Thoughtful, proactive, and a strong communicator.Work Authorisation: Full right to work in Ireland (EU passport or valid permit required).What’s on OfferCompensation: €65, base + commission (OTE €,)Benefits: Private healthcare and pension planWork Environment: Hybrid model (2 remote days/week)Career Path: Clear progression and development opportunitiesPerks: Employee stock options, Bike-to-Work scheme, and moreInterested?If you're excited about growing your career in tech sales, we’d love to hear from you — even if you don’t tick every box.#LI-TO1#CplGTPermNov
