Hours: 5 over 7 days | Typical shift: 2pm – 10pm

We're looking for a passionate and driven Head Chef to lead the kitchen of our welcoming boutique hotel in Cork. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a kitchen, shape a fresh and exciting menu, and lead a small, dedicated team in delivering memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day kitchen operations with a hands-on approachDesign and evolve seasonal menus that reflect creativity and qualityEnsure full HACCP compliance and maintain the highest food safety standardsTrain, mentor, and inspire a small kitchen teamManage stock, suppliers, and kitchen budgets efficiently

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step upStrong leadership and communication skillsA passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients and innovative cookingExcellent knowledge of HACCP and kitchen hygiene standardsFlexibility to work evenings and weekends (5 over 7 schedule)
