Mid-level Software Engineer

Location: Dublin, Ireland
Position Type: Permanent | Full-Time | Hybrid
Salary: €65,000 - 80,000

About Us:
Our client is a leading provider of IT infrastructure & security management tools for managed service providers (MSPs) and internal IT teams. They help organisations manage and secure their IT environments using cutting-edge technologies, including AI. They've grown strongly over recent years and serve customers globally.

Role Summary:

Work on large-scale product integrations: third-party APIs, UI workflows, security standards.Design high-impact solutions to improve platform stability and quality.Proactively debug and resolve issues; write unit & functional tests.Help manage the team's backlog of issues; work with other teams (Support, QA, Design, Documentation, Product Management).Keep production healthy: monitoring, logs, debugging critical production incidents.Collaborate on architecture, feature changes, improvements.Be a positive role model and agent of continuous improvement. Use AI tools to streamline development and deployment.

Requirements:

Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science / Software Engineering or related.3+ years' experience programming in C# and .Experience working cross-functionally, doing root cause analysis, debugging, fixing bugs.Experience with cloud platforms (particularly Microsoft Azure: DevOps, Machine Learning, Kubernetes .Comfortable with owning pieces of work, creative, independent.Good stakeholder communication.

Tech Stack & Tools:

Microsoft Technologies: C#, SQL, .NET, Maintaining production services, multiple architecture types (. service-oriented)CI/CD, modern security practices
