The client –
Our client, a well-known, progressive accountancy firm based in South Dublin are seeking an Audit Manager/ Audit Senior Manager to join their team.
Leveraging from their domestic and international network, the firm has experienced continued growth over the past number of years and has ambitious plans for future development in the next 12 – 18 months.
The organisation has an interesting mix of clients ranging from small Irish businesses to international blue-chip companies.
The role/ firm can also offer an interesting mix of audit and advisory work – different to other firms in the market.
There is a clear/ structured progression path within the firm, where strong performers are well rewarded.
Role responsibilities –
Reporting directly to the Audit Partner, the successful candidate will be tasked with – Leading audit assignments across a varied and diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring projects are completed on time/ to the highest standard Strengthen existing client relationships to see where further value can be added Development of Trainees, Semi – Seniors and Seniors Candidate Profile –
The role could suit a strong Assistant Manager looking to make to jump to a Management level role or a Manager looking to move into a Senior Management capacity.
Core requirements are as follows – ACA/ ACCA Qualified Proven track record in leading audit assignments across different industries Technically strong – thorough knowledge of IRFS, Irish GAAP (FRS 102) Strong communication and interpersonal skills
