We are looking for a Recruiter – German speaking to join a vibrant team in Dublin . This role offers the chance to recruit for various European locations, helping to shape the future of recruitment for a fast-growing company. What You’ll Do:

End-to-End Recruitment : Lead the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to hiring, focusing on the German-speaking markets. Sourcing Talent : Use a variety of platforms (social media, LinkedIn, job boards) to identify both active and passive candidates. Build Talent Pools : Establish and maintain a pipeline of candidates for critical roles in the German-speaking regions. Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with hiring managers and department heads to align recruitment strategies with business needs. Conduct Interviews : Interview candidates to assess their skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations. Ensure a Positive Candidate Experience : Guide candidates through the recruitment process with timely communication and feedback. Promote Employer Branding : Help enhance the company’s reputation in the German-speaking markets. Stay Compliant : Manage recruitment activities in line with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies. Market Insights : Stay up to date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity. Report Progress : Keep management informed of hiring progress, KPIs, and challenges.

What You Bring:

Language Skills : Fluent in German (written and spoken) and proficient in English . Recruitment Experience : At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, particularly for German-speaking roles. Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Proactive Sourcing : Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter. Organisational Skills : The ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Cultural Awareness : Familiarity with cultural nuances and employment laws in the German market. Tech-Savvy : Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technology tools.
