Reperio has partnered with a company who are looking for a visionary Principal C# .NET Developer to spearhead the creation of a brand-new, high-impact development team. This leadership role offers the chance to define technical strategy, shape architecture, and drive innovation on critical projects - all from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of complex software solutions using C# and .NET technologiesDefine and drive architectural standards, patterns, and best practices across the development lifecycleCollaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and other architects to translate business needs into scalable technical solutionsMentor and coach senior developers, fostering technical excellence and continuous learningOversee code quality, testing strategies, and deployment pipelines to ensure robust, secure, and maintainable applicationsEvaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and processes to improve team productivity and software qualityLead technical risk assessments, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure timely resolution of architectural challenges

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of professional development experience with strong expertise in C# or JavaAt least 10 years of experience in software architecture design and leadership rolesDeep knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar), microservices architecture, and RESTful APIsProven ability to design scalable, high-performance distributed systemsExcellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams and stakeholdersPassion for mentoring, team building, and fostering a culture of technical excellence
