Our client, a successful mid-sized accountancy firm based in Cork City, is currently seeking a Part Qualified Accountant to join the team. Reporting directly to the Audit Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing clients, ensuring projects are completed on time/ to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities will include – Preparation of financial statements (under local and international GAAP) Ensuring accuracy of legal documents Identify errors or problems and independently investigate; recommend solutions to team members or supervisors What’s on offer? Excellent exposure to large international clients (mainly financial services clients) Supportive working environment – full training provided Attractive remuneration package – full exam support/ Life Cover /Pension Scheme etc Flexible work and holiday arrangements Candidate Profile – The role will suit a part-qualified accountant 1/2 years’ practice experience and is focused on developing a career in practice Ideally exposure to US GAAP (not essential) Willingness to learn
