Project Manager (Residential) North Dublin €95-100k + Package Our client is a medium-sized contractor who are currently undertaking a 4-5 storey residential project in North Dublin.The project consists of some precast frame elements. Project Manager Roles & responsibilities: • Develop and manage project budgets
• Programming and planning
• Manage the project from start to completion
• Effectively manage project resources
• Liaise with Subcontractors and Site Managers
• Monitor the commercial progress of the projects
