Payroll Specialist | Accountancy Firm | Dublin North

Our client is a friendly, medium sized accountancy firm based in Dublin North. They have a varied client base and service a variety of SMEs and large companies.
Due to business growth, a new position has been created for a Payroll Specialist to join the team on a full-time basis.
Hours 8 30am – 5pm. Hybrid working model after probationary period.

About the role –
The position will be responsible for – Processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls for clients with 1 to 300 employees. Dealing with multiple payments and deductions including basic salary, overtime pay, holidays, sick leave, BIK, pension, employee health insurance and bike to work Preparing workings and providing calculations as necessary Being able to handle complex payrolls and client queries Building and maintaining client relationships and taking ownership of multiple payroll entities
About you –
The successful candidate will have – At least 3 years payroll experience - managing a larger payroll using Micropay would be beneficial Advanced Excel Skills and knowledge of .csv file imports Excellent problem solving/judgement ability and high level of attention to detail and accuracy. A team player with excellent communication and organisational skills
