What you will do:
PGIM Private Alternatives' Marketing Services team partners with Business Development and Portfolio Management to provide our investors and prospects with best-in-class presentations and product marketing materials.
We are seeking an Associate to join the global Marketing Services team, with a focus on EMEA and APAC products. You will report directly to the Global Head of Marketing Services and be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day deliverables of the team and ensuring that that the production of marketing materials (, pitchbooks, fund reports, fund overviews)municate our strategies, capabilities, and performance accurately and arepleted on time. In addition, you will assist in managing the operational workflows and systems tools that support these efforts, as well as assist in the implementation of enhancements and transformative automation / AI solutions to further streamline processes, such as Seismic LiveDocs automation.
We are seeking a highly organized, energetic individual with experience supporting a Business Development team and providing solutions for how to streamline and enhances processes that overall support the sales efforts and client experience. This candidate will be based in Letterkenny.
The Marketing Services Associate's responsibilities include: Be an expert in PGIM's marketing collateral and production processes. Ensure that the day-to-day deliverables arepleted accurately and on time. Help implement strategic initiatives that drive efficiency across the team. Partner with key stakeholders across the business, includingpliance, to create effective processes in support of the sales efforts. Ability to think strategically, develop creative solutions and enhancements to better service our clients and consultants. Your Required Skills Minimum of 5+ years of experience in presentation sales support Attention to detail andmitment to quality control Eye for aesthetic success and visual consistency/cohesion Ability to make connections across materials and highlight inconsistences Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) Ability to balance multiple priorities in high-paced, dynamic, deadline-driven environment. Excellent organization, project management, and time management skills Outstandingmunication skills and proven ability to effectively work with all levels of Management What will set you apart: Real Estate or Alternative Investment experience Previous Seismic LiveDocs and automation experience *PGIM wees all applicants, even if you don't meet every requirement.
