Business Systems Analyst 192958 Desired skills: Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP Support, Data Migration, Troubleshooting, Business Systems Analyst HybridReperio has partnered with a large-scale organisation seeking a Business Systems Support Specialist to join their IT function. You will maintain and optimise Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications across Finance, Operations, and wider business systems, supporting end users, improving processes, and ensuring seamless system performance. This is a full-time, permanent role reporting to the Business Systems Manager, with a flexible hybrid working model.Responsibilities:Act as the main point of contact for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations usersTroubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver long-term fixesSupport onboarding, permissions, and system configurationsCollaborate with internal developers on system enhancements and integrationsAssist with data migrations, Power BI reporting, and workflow automationMaintain system documentation and user guidesStay ahead of D365 updates, recommending improvements and new functionalityRequirements:Minimum 2 years' experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 applicationsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsUnderstanding of modules such as Finance, SCM, CRM, or Business CentralDesirable:Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, or C# for troubleshootingBackground in data migration, system integration, or Azure environmentsMicrosoft Dynamics certifications are an advantageBenefits:Competitive salary and company pensionFurther education and professional development supportEmployee discount and cashback platformReperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
