Reperio has partnered with a global technology business that is seeking a Business Analyst with a strong analytics focus. In this role, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders to uncover insights, design meaningful metrics, and drive data-informed strategies, while gaining exposure to advanced tools and AI/ML techniques.
Responsibilities:
Partner with business teams to understand operations, metrics, and opportunitiesTranslate data into insights through analysis, reporting, and investigationDesign metrics, size opportunities, and measure business impactConduct ad-hoc analysis to identify trends and support decision-makingContribute to requirements documentation (BRDs/PRDs) and cross-team initiativesRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field1+ year in analytics or data-focused roleStrong SQL skills across multiple datasetsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilityProject management skills with ability to manage multiple prioritiesExperience in business/customer service environmentsFamiliarity with BRDs/PRDs and engineering practicesKnowledge of AI/ML concepts and data analysis tools (R, Python)Understanding of experimental analysis, predictive modelling, and machine learningBenefits:
