Lead Document Controller

Our client, a global (bio)pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation, is recruiting for a Lead Document Controller to join them on their new expansion project. Based in a charming Nordic location, this is on a contractual basis, and will involve significantly growing the sites capacity for the manufacture of Biologics. Responsibilities:
Setting up, implementing, and managing document control processes Maintaining documents and revisions to the EDMS to ensure complete and up-to-date repository of information that is correctly audited from all parties Distributing information to the relevant internal, designs and client teams Ensuring compliance across all project's information in line with standards, protocols, and security measures Liaising with external consultants and subcontractors regarding document management and approval requirements Producing and regularly updating trackers and reports for the project to record progress and update the team QA checking information to company information standards and ensuring it is distributed to the relevant workflows and reviewed appropriately by internal teams Requirements:
