If you're ready to take the next step in your construction career, we’d love to hear from you.Your new role As a Section Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of construction projects. You will be the on-site leader, responsible for coordinating trades, managing site activities, and ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily site operations and subcontractors.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.Experience of supervising groundworks, structures, and envelope activitiesLiaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth communication.Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports and material usage.Identify and resolve issues that may impact project delivery.What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Site Foreman/Section Foreman in ConstructionStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and health & safety regulations.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.Strong organisational and time-management abilities.Relevant trade qualifications or certifications.What you'll get in return A salary paying up to €75,000 depending on experience A fully expensed company vehicle and fuel allowances Company pension Company-sponsored events The opportunity to be a leader in delivering high-quality projects across different sectorsA collaborative and inclusive work environmentAdditional annual leave days Opportunities for growth and progression with encouragement from management#LI-DNI #1121317 - Megan Cuddihy
