Accessibility Analyst — Digital, Information & Support Services(2‑Year Contract)Under the European Accessibility Act (EAA) — transposed into national law in June — electronic communications service (ECS) providers must meet strict accessibility requirements in their digital services, support channels, and information provisions. This role ensures those requirements are correctly implemented, monitored, enforced, and communicated.The Accessibility Analyst will play a key role in assessing compliance of websites, mobile apps, support services, and information provision against harmonised accessibility standards. They will act as a technical and regulatory liaison, support complaint handling, engage with stakeholders, and contribute to standards development.Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to the EAA Implementation Manager, the Accessibility Analyst will:Monitor digital services — websites, mobile apps, electronic information, and support offerings — against required accessibility standards.Coordinate and manage specialist accessibility monitoring providers.Analyse monitoring data, identify compliance gaps, and provide actionable recommendations.Advise on potential non-compliance, and filter or triage complaints submitted by consumers or intermediaries.Evaluate provider submissions claiming “fundamental alteration” or “disproportionate burden” and assess their technical defensibility.Promote EAA implementation through engagement with regulators, standardisation bodies, and public forums (nationally and in Europe).Build understanding of real-world accessibility needs via liaison with disability organisations and affected user communities.Participate in relevant standards committees or working groups at national and European levels.Lead stakeholder engagement efforts — coordinating across internal teams, providers, and external bodies.Essential Qualifications & ExperienceHonours degree or equivalent in law, science, technology, engineering, business, or related discipline — or substantial equivalent experience.Experience engaging at national or international level in digital infrastructure, regulation, or a comparable field.Strong stakeholder management skills, especially in regulatory or accessibility settings.Analytical capability — able to interpret technical findings, articulate insights, and form policy or compliance positions.Experience advising senior leaders or drafting briefings on complex engagement topics.Solid knowledge of accessibility principles or regulation.Experience participating in multi-stakeholder working groups or committees.Desirable Skills & ExperiencePractical experience performing or overseeing accessibility or usability audits of digital products (websites, apps).Familiarity with EAA, Web Accessibility Directive, and related legislation.Good working knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG, EN).Core CompetenciesPlanning & Organising — Prioritises tasks effectively, handles competing demands, and delivers to deadlines.Communication & Influence — Articulates complex concepts clearly, builds alignment, and persuades others.Teamwork — Works collaboratively across disciplines, supports shared goals, fosters trust.Interpersonal Skills — Builds rapport, handles conflict tactfully, mentors or supports colleagues.Technical Acumen & Continuous Improvement — Possesses deep technical comprehension, embraces learning, and drives process enhancements.RemunerationSalary: €63,.64Full right to work in Ireland is required (Stamp 4 / EU citizen)#LI-AF1#Cpljobs#CplTech #Data #Jobfairy #Complience #Regulation #AccessibilityAnalyst #Analyst
