This organisation would specialise in planning, managing, and delivering detail-focused, high-quality projects for their clients.They operate across a range of sectors including, Commercial, Residential, Educational and Healthcare, Industrial and Data Centres and Pharma.As a result of continued expansion and to help with their growth projections for the coming years, they are looking for a Site Engineer to be based on an industrial project in West Dublin.There are several active projects underway that require Site Engineers to join their team and assist the contractor to communicate and deliver projects of the highest standard with an emphasis on safety, sustainability, and quality.

Your new role

As Site Engineer, you will be responsible for all operations on your given site.Reporting directly to the Site & Project Manager and conducting regular meetings with the company's Senior Management team.You will oversee and complete Setting Out works and will be collaborating effectively with a team of experienced engineers and trades teams.You will be supported in your role by other management members within the organisation and career progression is very accessible.Some contract exposure is included in the role.This is a great opportunity to join an established main contractor / developer with a pipeline of works for the next several years.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this position, you must have previous experience as a Site Engineer in a construction or civil company.As Site Engineer, you will be responsible for all operations on your given site.Reporting directly to the Site & Project Manager and conducting regular meetings with the company's Senior Management team.You will oversee all Setting Out work and will be collaborating effectively with a team of experienced engineers and trades teams.

What you'll get in return

In return for the above, you will work for a construction main contractor who values their employees and offers a clear progression path to more senior management levels.They have a great reputation within the industry and have very strong senior management in place - delivering high-profile projects.In terms of an offered salary, this would be in the region of
€50,000 to €65,000 + a commercial vehicle or travel.Pension etc are also typically offered.Your salary will be determined by your previous experience.This is an excellent opportunity to get a start within an established construction company within the Irish market.There is typically a review after 6 months regarding performance and salaries.
