CRGNs required for agency lines of work in Health Centres across the HSE Dublin South areas.
The hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, and a full Induction is given to the role. A car is required as the role involves home visits to clients to undertake clinical care (dressings, injections, catheter changes etc) and assess clients for referrals to other disciplines and Home Support. Wound care is also undertaken in the Health Centre dressing clinics. The health centres have a Clinical Skills Facilitator and an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in Tissue Viability who work with agency nurses also to upskill them. The nurses will be part of a dynamic team of PHNs and CRGNs based in one of their 8 Health Centres. We're also seeking a Staff Midwife, to start as soon as possible, working the same hours to undertake home visits to post-natal mothers and babies and work as part of the Public Health Nursing team.
