OVERVIEW Anzurra is proud to partner with KOSMOS in the hiring of an Associate Director - Sustainability.
A LITTLE ON KOSMOS KOSMOS specialises in cost, risk & carbon management in the construction industry.
From Limerick & Copenhagen, we provide specialized cost management advice to our customers at all stages of the construction project lifecycle.
Combined, we have local and international experience delivering projects on budget, and we are now looking for some new colleagues to help us grow.
We consider ourselves Digital QS's and are fully focused on delivering projects digitally.
ABOUT YOU We are looking for a professional who is passionate about sustainability and innovation.
You have a Master's degree in Sustainability, Architecture, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
You have 15+ years of experience in the industry, with a strong understanding of sustainability across all stages of the project lifecycle.
You have client-facing consultancy experience and the ability to identify and address client needs effectively.
You possess excellent project management skills and are comfortable leading multidisciplinary and remote teams.
You are experienced in strategic thinking, planning, and implementation, with a proven track record of developing services and growing teams in line with overall business strategies.
You have a hands-on approach, capable of getting involved in project delivery while maintaining a big-picture perspective.
You have a strong appetite for innovation, disruption, and change within the industry.
You are self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to take on responsibility in a dynamic environment.
You are comfortable with occasional travel between European offices.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Take the lead in developing and expanding our sustainability consultancy services in alignment with our overall business strategy.
Manage and deliver sustainability-focused projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes across all stages of the project lifecycle.
Interface with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet and exceed their expectations.
Work closely with our specialists, fostering collaboration and integration across disciplines.
Lead, mentor, and grow the team to enhance capabilities and deliver innovative solutions.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and strengthen our position as a leader in sustainability consultancy.
Utilize your knowledge of sustainability principles, tools, and methodologies to drive impactful results.
Actively contribute to disrupting traditional industry practices and driving change towards more sustainable project delivery.
Represent the company as a brand ambassador, promoting our strategy and values.
Collaborate with remote teams and travel to European offices as needed.
