We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager who is passionate about Tiles, Bathrooms and Wood Flooring.

Responsibilities of the Position:

  • As Assistant Store Manager, you will consistently strive to achieve excellence in your store and team performance.
  • You will train and manage staff, leading by example and prioritizing customer service.
  • Under the guidance of the Store Manager, you will assist with administrative tasks, including sales targets, stock management, and cash control.

  • Contribute to exceeding store KPI targets through effective selling and training practices.

Requirements for the Position:

  • Prior experience as an Assistant Manager in the Retail sector is essential.

  • As a commercially astute and numerically skilled Assistant Store Manager, you will be able to enhance your store's appeal and profitability.
