Café Supervisor

Cafe Supervisor   The Stable Yard Food Hall are looking for a Supervisor to help lead the growing team in the Heart of Waterford City.
    Responsibilities: Day-to-day operations and maintaining the exceptional standards of The Stable Yard Food Hall Staff training and development Stock control, dating and stock rotation Waste control, recording and reduction Ensure that all HACCP and Health & Safety procedures are maintained and constantly improved according to requirements   Requirements: Be passionate and enthusiastic about the role Enjoy serving and interacting with customers to enhance their experience Encourage the development of your team through excellent communication and organisational skills Have a can-do attitude to continually assess the needs of the business Add to the warm and welcoming environment, which our customers have come to expect in all of our Establishments Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays The successful applicant will have a minimum of 1-2 years recent experience in a Management/Supervisory level within a food environment   We are looking for someone who has a desire to pursue a career in Hospitality and further training.
