Due to ongoing growth, a charity organisation is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR function, reporting to the Director of People.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the HR function, ensuring that best practices are provided to staff and senior management.
Foster a positive work environment and culture, including organizing staff events and well-being initiatives.
Provide ongoing support as the first point of contact for line managers on all staffing matters.
Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Issue contracts, coordinate appraisals, and manage disciplinary processes.
Oversee payroll, pension, and healthcare administration.
Ensure compliance with Garda vetting procedures.
Requirements: Third-level qualification in HR or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in an HR management role.
A genuine interest in the organisations mission and its values.
