The following opportunity has arisen in our Sandyford branch.Customer Service Executive - Personal LinesWe are seeking to recruit a Customer Service Executives for our Personal Lines team in our Sandyford office.
The role will consist of managing existing client relationships by servicing a renewal book of car, home and van policies.
Cross sales referrals for both the Life & Pensions and Health arms of our business is expected.
The ideal candidate will be an energetic, motivated and disciplined individual with a positive can do attitude.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieving Renewal Income Retention targetsGenerating leads through cross selling of Life & Pensions & Health productsGenerating leads for the General Personal Lines & Commercial DepartmentsDelivering Excellent Customer ServiceMaintaining the highest compliance standards Key Qualifications & Skills requiredCIP or APA Personal General InsuranceRELAY software experience desired but not essentialProficient Microsoft office skills desired Personal Attributes Personable and sociableProfessional styleCompetitiveSocially confidentSelf-motivated with a desire to continuously perform at a high levelExemplify positive customer service behaviours and promote a culture focused on ensuring customers' needs are metThrough leading by example, fosters the highest standards of ethics and integrityAmbitious and results orientatedExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and an ability to work in a fast paced environment.The successful candidate will be provided with a comprehensive training programme and generous benefits package.We have offices located across Ireland.
