Currently recruiting Rooms Division Manager for a leading 5* Hotel in Cork, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a renowned hotel that embodies excellence in service and guest experience.
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Rooms Division Manager to lead the front-of-house and accommodation operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficiency, and seamless coordination between departments.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic leader to further develop their career in one of Irelands finest luxury hotels.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the Rooms Division operations, including Front Office, Accommodation, Guest relations, Switchboard and Concierge Deliver exceptional guest service by maintaining high standards across all areas of the Rooms Division.
Lead and motivate a diverse, young dynamic team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Develop and implement strategies, SOPs to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure the seamless delivery of best in class service.
Monitor and maintain room availability, rates, and occupancy levels.
Manage budgets, inventory, and financial performance of the Rooms Division.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards Candidate Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior management role in a luxury 5 star hotel, preferably in Rooms Division or Front Office.
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest service excellence, and financial management.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility, professionalism, and a positive, proactive attitude.
A degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent is preferred Results-driven and self-motivated with a focus on achieving targets and objectives.
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
