Our client is looking for a VP Technical to join their team in Dublin.
The VP Technical will provide technical and asset management services for a portfolio of aircraft, support in-house marketing, legal, finance and contracts teams, and report to the Chief Technical Officer.
What you'll be doing:Ensure compliance with technical lease obligations, including maintenance tracking and utilization monitoring.Assess, approve, and process maintenance reserve claims while assisting with financial forecasting.Lead aircraft transitions, managing deliveries, redeliveries, and associated lease negotiations.Conduct due diligence and oversee inspections during asset acquisitions and sales.Establish and maintain strong relationships with airlines, MROs, and industry partners.What you will need:A Bachelor's degree in aeronautical and/or mechanical engineering.5+ years of experience in aircraft/engine leasing, maintenance, and/or financial services.Knowledge of narrow and wide-body commercial aircraft, engines, and related systems and parts.Strong PC skills and proficient in Adobe Acrobat, MS Office, and willingness to learn new computer programs.For more details apply for the role or message me directly on LinkedIn or at ******
