Job Description: Reporting to the Associate Director, Middle Office Operations, Fund Order Desk, this is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-growing organization in a role with full training & support.

You Will: Supervise an operational team responsible for the delivery of Fund Order Desk activities.
Ensure all client deliverables are tracked and met on an ongoing basis, in line with all internal policies and procedures.
Ensure that all team members are appropriately trained, engaged, and operating efficiently and effectively.
Liaise with clients, investment managers, vendors, and underlying transfer agents for day-to-day operational issues.
Work with internal teams, such as Investor Operations, Client Operations, and Fund of Fund Operations, Vendor Management, Swift Operations & Client Integration to ensure all client deliverables are met.
Participate in the implementation of system & process enhancements with a continuous improvement mindset.
Qualifications: You Have:
At least 3 years experience working in the fund services industry, across one of or a combination of FoF Custody/Fund Trading/Transfer Agency roles.
A minimum of 1 years experience in a supervisory role.
Developed understanding of the fund administration industry.
Strong knowledge of fund order execution/settlements, including various fund structures, fund offering documentation completion, investor account opening requirements, and AML & FATCA requirements.
Experience with Securities and Payment Swift messages.
Experience managing client relationships, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to work well in a team environment.
Experience with system development, including testing and implementation.
