Key Responsibilities: Assist the Project Manager in daily operations related to façade construction.
Coordinate façade elements across multiple subcontractor packages, ensuring seamless integration.
Develop and manage the façade construction programme , tracking progress from design through to installation.
Oversee technical submittals, approvals, and compliance with BCAR regulations.
Manage sample procurement, testing regimes, and material tracking for façade components.
Ensure strict adherence to project specifications, performance requirements, and drawings .
Utilize BIM and other digital tools for quality assurance and performance tracking.
Ensure onsite testing, snagging, and handover documentation meet all required standards.
Review and validate any variations associated with the façade scope.
Drive a safety-first culture and ensure all works meet industry best practices.
Requirements: Proven experience managing façade projects, with at least 5 years at a senior level .
Strong subcontractor management skills and the ability to deliver projects on schedule.
Trade qualification or a construction-related degree preferred.
Excellent communication and coordination skills for liaising with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
