An exciting opportunity has arisen for a VP of FP&A and Treasury to join a dynamic team in the commercial aviation sector.
This role is an inital fixed-term contract of 6 months and is based in Dublin.
The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled and results-driven Treasury professional with strong experience in FP&A , motivated to contribute to the strategic decision-making and forecasting activities of the business.
The Job Develop, maintain, and enhance financial and business models to support strategic decision-making and forecasting activities.
Continuously monitor and refine forecasting models, presenting findings to senior management.
Review monthly internal and external reporting packages for loan portfolios, including reports for various rating agencies Review legal documentation and manage compliance requirements for various facilities Assist with preparing loan amortisation schedules and the interest rate setting process Produce management and board reporting on a monthly, quarterly, , and annual basis Liaise between various internal departments and external stakeholders Identify improvement opportunities to optimise treasury processes and increase internal controls Manage documentation of internal policies and best practices The Candidate Experience in finance or banking is required; experience in aviation leasing is a significant advantage.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex functions, pivot tables, macros, and Power Query Experience in other modeling software/tools (e.g., VBA, SQL, R, Python) preferred Proven ability to create and manipulate large datasets, perform detailed analysis, and build user-friendly dashboards Highly skilled with Microsoft Office, particularly in Advanced Excel Previous experience with treasury management systems is an advantage Must have EU/EEA/UK citizenship or hold a current valid work visa for Ireland.
